Which Studios do you have?

Do I have to pay for each video?

No, you have full access to all videos.

Are there any extra costs once I have purchased a membership?

What will my credit card statement say?

IMCBILL.COM will appear on your credit card billing statement.

I can’t find your app on my TV, what can I do?

Samsung, Philips, Hisense, Medion:
Go to the SEARCH field in your TV’s app store and enter “passionxxx”. Click the logo and follow the instructions. In case you don’t see any results, the app may not be available yet in your country or on your device. In that case, we advise you to use Chromecast or AppleTV to cast the videos to your TV.

All different TV Brands: We hope to bring you an app on your smartTV in the near future. In the meantime, we advise you to use Chromecast or AppleTV to cast the videos to your TV.

How can I use my account on my other devices like my phone and tablet?

Simply use your browser to go to www.passionxxx.com and log in with your username and password.

My TV asks me for a parental code, why is that?

As a company we value family safety. That is why we added this extra, simple safety measure.

I can't get the app installed on my TV... can you help?

Please send an email with a description of the problem and/or error code to app@passionxxx.com.

How can I cancel my membership? (what we cannot imagine)

If you joined with vxsbill.com you can cancel with this link, if you used epoch.com then you can use this link. Or send a mail to support@passionxxx.com and we will take care of your cancelation!
